Nicholas’ Birthday Weekend–Day 3

Today, July 31, 2011 my baby turns 12 years old. Where has the time gone?
Our day started with his favorite breakfast and then a game of Mario Party 4 on the Nintendo Gamecube.
After that, we met Marcy and Jessica at the movies to watch Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2. What a great movie and a fabulous ending to the series.
From the movies we went back to Marcy and Jessica’s and Marcy made us home made Chili for dinner and she bought Nicholas an ice cream cake….yummy!

Nicholas’ Birthday Weekend–Day 2

Day 2 consisted of the kids playing here at the house. Of course Kylie stole much of the show the beggining of the day.  My neighbor, Debbie, and I took Nicholas and Kylie to the Carnival that the Mission Hills Police Department put on on Van Nuys Blvd. The kids had a blast, especially Nicholas. He rode most of the rides and believe me, I have no idea how this kid didn’t get sick…lol!

We lasted about two and half hours at the carnival and Kylie was getting sleepy so we left. Kylie fell asleep on the way to the house so we ran home got her things, it was time for her to go home ! Nicholas and I had fun playing Mario Party 7 the rest of the night on the Wii!

Nick’s Birthday Weekend–Day 1

For Nicholas’ Birthday I planned a fun Weekend. Day 1 was Friday July 29th, and Nicholas, Kylie and I played at McDonalds for 3 hours. Here are a few pictures!
